Wehrmacht soldier (German: Wehrmachtsoldaten) are the most frequently encountered common enemies in Wolfenstein. They are the backbone of the Germany Army.

 Description[]

1946[]

"The '46 Soldats are known for their possession of the Stahlhelm Helmets, Black military armor, and sometimes metal facemask or metallic gas masks that can reduce the likeliness of dying via a headship/head penetration, and also packs that were made to prevent them from getting shock by the Baltisches Auge's electrical cannon (this only applies to those, they possessed the infamous STG-46 (A successful AR and a replacement for the obsolete Kark98K, STG-44, And Gewehr 43) and the modified P08 Luger, throughout Europa, The Wehrmacht's is nothing but a distant memory and is more likely slowly being replaced by the fearsome SS (Schutzstaffel) though some Wehrmacht Soldats can be detected with the compound of Deathshead."

1961[]

"The infantry of the Nazi Armed Forces, the fearless and skilled Soldier. They often wear black military armor, iron facemasks and are equipped mostly with the MP61s and Sturmgewehr. Throughout the world, they conduct many operations such as raiding resistance strongholds, patrolling occupied cities, or guarding key military facilities."
